This research summary focuses on cloud-based multidisciplinary and multi-user Building Information Modelling (BIM) systems for concurrent design in the detailed phase of construction projects. The study addresses two questions related to leveraging technology adopting engineering concepts enhance collaboration BIM-based design. For first question, a new paradigm synchronous with reimagined BIM functions was proposed validated through science approach. identified advantages systems, such as real-time collaboration, data sharing, automation tasks, change propagation, which can improve efficiency, reduce errors, quality. second question aims investigate impact Cloud-based system different settings scenarios. expected achievements include analyzing correlations between variables, evaluating effectiveness, examining limitations, assessing value suitability. research's lies advancing knowledge, enhancing informing decision-making, guiding future development. Overall, workflows have potential drive better project outcomes, contribute advancement Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry.
